Yes, some men were assigned female at birth because they were born with female reproductive system. These men usually define themselves as trans-men because they are transgender, and if they still have the reproductive systems they were born with, they can still use them to get pregnant and have babies. Men who were assigned male at birth cannot be pregnant. There were several tries to implant uterus in people who were assigned male at birth, but these were unsuccessful, so at the moment only those who are born with working female reproductive systems can give birth.
