Colonising any of the planets in the Solar System would be incredibly difficult. Probably the easiest would be Mars which is not too small or bit and rotates roughly once a day (so we’d have a similar day-night cycle). However we’d need to find a way to give it more atmosphere while also making it breathable and to make it warmer which would be very challenging. It’s possible we’ll find planets more similar to Earth but around other stars, the problem then is getting to them.
