  The sensible answer would be to say some form of nutrition bar that has all the healthy vitamins and minerals I would need as well as keeping me hydrated. We have survival packs here which we take out with us if we got out on long trips which have bars like that in them. If we get stuck somewhere and have to make emergency camp then we can last a few days on them.
  However, if I could make it so any food could do that then I’d pick rice pudding (with sugar).

  I would pick a nutritional food so that I can survive for a longer time, so I would pick potatoes, which are very nutritious!
  However, if I would pick food that I like, it would probably be vegan pizza 🙂 If I can also choose the toppings, I would make sure to add many vegetables to make the pizza more nutritious 🙂
